General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Note: This is a translation of the original German Terms and Conditions. The German version is the legally authoritative and binding version. In the event of any discrepancies, the German original shall prevail.

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB / German Civil Code) through our online shop.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart.

Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent automatically by email immediately after submission. This order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.

The purchase contract is only concluded when we confirm the dispatch of the goods by email or dispatch the goods to you.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices stated in the online shop are final prices.

Shipping costs may apply in addition to the stated prices. These are shown during the order process as well as on the shop's shipping costs page.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made within Germany as well as to the countries that can be selected during the order process.

Unless a different period is stated in the respective product description, the delivery time is:

Germany: generally 3 to 7 business days
Europe: generally 5 to 10 business days

The delivery period begins after receipt of payment.

In the exceptional event of delivery delays, we will inform you immediately by email.

5. Payment

The payment methods displayed during the order process are available to you in our online shop.

The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Details of the right of withdrawal can be found in the separate withdrawal policy on our website.

8. Warranty

The statutory liability for defects applies.

The limitation period for statutory claims for defects is two years from delivery of the goods.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damages based on intent or gross negligence.

In the event of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Essential contractual obligations are those obligations whose fulfillment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance the contracting party may regularly rely.

Any further liability is excluded.

10. Consumer Dispute Resolution

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
