Shipping policy

Delivery Times
Within Germany, delivery generally takes 3 to 7 business days after receipt of payment. Deliveries within Europe generally take 5 to 10 business days. In the exceptional event of longer delivery times, we will inform you immediately by email.
Minimum Order Value
The minimum order value in our shop is 15 euros.
Shipping Within Germany
For shipping within Germany, we charge from a minimum of €4.90 per order. The exact shipping costs depend on the product ordered and your delivery address and will be shown to you at checkout. Shipping is carried out via DHL or GLS.
Shipping Within the EU
For shipping to other European countries, we charge a minimum of €12.90 per order. The exact shipping costs depend on the product ordered and your delivery address and will be shown to you at checkout. Shipping is carried out via DHL or GLS.
Shipping Outside the EU
